Ashlee started her career as a make up Artist in 1987 at the age of 18. She has since gone on to a very successful career in Film, Television, Red Carpet and Special effects. She has had a wonderful experience with being a personal make up artist to Ashley Judd, Ewan McGregor, David Schwimmer, Jaimie Pressley and Hugh Jackman, to name a few.

"I love not just doing beauty makeup but the challenges of a great aging make up or special effect. Ve Niell was my idol when I started out, and then suddenly I was on stage winning a Primetime Emmy with her. I love this business; any dream is possible if you want to achieve"

Ashlee has been honored with Two Primetime Emmys and Five Nominations.

"I love teaching this craft, especially when I see the light bulb go on in my students and they get it."
