Hello,
Hi, My name is Sarah. I am a makeup artist. I would like to enroll in the upcoming airbrushing class in chicago. I have a scholarship that i can use towards any class that I want. Can you tell me how I can register and what will be the procedure, because, CC( cosmetology Chicago) will send the fee directly to you once I enroll.If I pay a registration fee on my own , I want you to pay me that portion back once you get the scholarship amount,of $600.
