Our Student's Emmy Win!

The 2010 Daytime Emmys Awards were announced and Ingrid Okola, a Last Looks graduate Won the Emmy for Best Makeup! Ingrid emailed us, "I just was to say thank you to all you guys cause your advise and wonderful teaching helped me to achieve this and couldn't do this without you all." We're so proud of Ingrid and all of our other success stories. Nobody deserves this more than Ingrid.

Last Looks comes to ABC's "The View"

Last Looks Makeup Academy has been invited to join Eve Pearl and the makeup team of ABC's hit show, "The View" for the Halloween episode. Using the same techniques taught in our special makeup effects classes, Eve will help transform special, top-secret characters. Watch for us on ABC.

Last Looks scores high marks with Local 798

Thank you to Sharon Ilson, President of Makeup Artists Union, Local 798. After a union makeup artist had taken some of our makeup classes in New York, Sharon Ilson was generous enough to use her "President's Page" in the Union Newsletter to post a review of our makeup school.

Last Looks lends it's talents to a worthy cause!

Last Looks Makeup Academy lends the skills of it's teacher to do the makeup for a Public Service Announcement. Here is Mark McGraff from the group, "Sugar Ray."

Last Looks goes to Cannes...

Well, sort of. Last Looks donates it's hand-crafted, specialty makeup products to an independent film project titled "Pate." "Pate" has been invited to show at the Cannes Film Festival, Sundance, and the New York Film Festival. We wish Agnieszka Vosloo, the Director/Producer, the best of luck!
